• The origin and quality of production of both the bulbs and reflectors are very important. You can find seemingly similar, very cheap bulbs on Ebay and Amazon.   Their performance is much lower and they tend to break down after a few months.  Choose long-lasting quality bulbs that reach high surface temperatures. 
• The heating reflector is crucial. Cheap, fake copies are generally built with thinner, low quality materials and have imprecise reflectors.  Ensure you choose heaters with high reflectivity, polished aluminium reflectors that can withstand prolonged high temperatures.   
• The installation must be safe and secure.  Wall mounted heaters are safe for all sorts of customers, including children and pets.  Check that the heaters come with wall mounting brackets.
• Your open space heater must be able to withstand severe weather conditions, in particular it must be rust resistant. Ensure that the paint or other coating on the product is weather proof.
• The most important factors are the ability to cope with rain and snow. Mark sure that your product has IP55 certification.
